What areas does Cami's Cleaning serve?

Everywhere within about 20 miles of our base at 16701 East 11th Street in Tulsa. That covers Tulsa, Catoosa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Claremore, Collinsville, Jenks, Bixby, Coweta and Sand Springs, plus the smaller places around them — Rolling Hills, Fair Oaks, Inola, Verdigris, Limestone, Turley, Sperry, Skiatook, Leonard, Glenpool and Wagoner. We're on the east side of Tulsa, so we reach further east than most Tulsa cleaners. If you're just outside that list, call and ask.

Do you clean businesses as well as homes?

Yes — both. On the residential side we do deep cleans and weekly or twice-weekly schedules. On the commercial side we clean offices, storefronts, salons, clinics and small business premises on a standing schedule, and most of that runs on our evening shift so nothing happens during your opening hours.

What are your hours?

We work two shifts every day: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The evening shift exists on purpose — it's how commercial premises get cleaned after closing, and it's the slot a lot of working households prefer at home too. Call (918) 859-8250 and we'll find one that fits.

What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?

A regular clean holds a standard. A deep clean creates one. A deep clean goes after what a weekly visit never reaches — inside the oven and refrigerator, behind appliances, grout rather than tile, baseboards, door frames, switch plates, vents, blinds and the tops of everything. Most homes start with a deep clean and then move onto a weekly or twice-weekly schedule to keep it there.

Should I book weekly or twice a week?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how hard the house gets used, not on how big it is. A weekly visit suits most homes. Two visits a week make sense when there are kids and pets, when someone cooks properly every night, when there are more bathrooms than a single visit can carry, or when a house has to be right for guests on a particular evening. We'll tell you honestly which one your home needs after we've seen it.

Do I get the same cleaners every visit?

Yes. On any recurring schedule you get the same team on the same day. It matters more than people expect — after a few visits nobody has to be told which floors need care, which room the dog sleeps in, or that the guest bath only needs doing every other week.

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No, and most of our regular customers aren't. We agree keys, codes and alarm procedure in writing before the first visit, and the same team holds them for as long as you're with us. If you'd rather be there, that's fine too — it's whichever you prefer.

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Every job is quoted after we've actually walked the property, because bathrooms, floor types, how the house is used and how long it's been are what move the number — not square footage on its own. Quotes are free and written, with a flat price agreed before we start. No hourly meter, and nothing added at the end.

Why won't the spots come off my shower glass?

Accepted Answer

Because they're mineral, not dirt. Tulsa water is hard, and every time it dries on glass or a fixture it leaves calcium behind that builds on the last lot. Wiping just moves water over the top of it. It needs to be treated and taken back on a deep clean, and then held by routine visits — because left long enough, the deposit starts to etch the glass and at that point it stops coming off at all.

Do you do post-construction clean-up?

Yes, and it's a different job from a house clean. Construction dust is drywall, sawdust and concrete ground to a powder that hides in every track, vent and hinge and reappears for weeks if the first clean is done in the wrong order. We work top down and in stages, take paint, adhesive and stickers off glass and fixtures by hand, and go back for a second pass where the site is still settling.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Very little. Pick up anything you'd rather we didn't move or handle, and tell us about anything in the house that needs a particular product or should be left alone entirely. Everything else — supplies, equipment, the order it gets done in — is ours to sort out.
